Bringing Back the Pollinators

with Janet Sluis

This event will be in webinar format, starting with a presentation, then some Q & A.

Bay Area gardeners can help the pollinator population, one yard at a time.

We have all seen the alarming news about declining insect and bird populations, but what can we, as individuals and designers do? Learn which regionally appropriate plants support our local pollinators, while also providing easy care landscape solutions. Hear tips on tree selections, providing year round habitat and food sources, plus what to watch out for in the world of thuggish and pest prone plants.
